I tell anyone who asks that you are one of the nicest men I have
ever met. I have met several other Realtors in the past few months that
left me with the feeling that they either didn't know what they were
doing or that they only wanted to help us if we were looking in the
area that they felt was a good area for us. You never questioned where
we wanted to live, never balked at driving to Greeley from Denver,
